Privacy Policy
For the AI Ninja Hands Chrome extension and the Ninja HQ web app. Last updated June 7, 2026.
Who this covers
These tools are operated by Ninja Premium Outsourcing (“NPO”, “we”) for use by its internal credit-repair fulfillment team. The AI Ninja Hands extension and Ninja HQ are private, internal-use tools and are not offered to the general public.
What the extension does
When a team member clicks “Add to Partner’s Software” inside Ninja HQ, the AI Ninja Hands extension carries that client’s completed dispute work — the disputed-account statuses and the generated dispute letters — from Ninja HQ into the team’s partner credit-repair software, acting inside the team member’s own already-authenticated browser session. The extension takes no action on its own and runs only when explicitly triggered.
Information we process
- Client dispute information — client name and the disputed-account details and dispute letters generated in Ninja HQ. This may include personal and financial information about the client.
- Authentication information — when a team member signs in through the extension, their Ninja HQ sign-in is used to obtain a Ninja HQ access token, which the extension stores locally in browser extension storage to authenticate its requests to Ninja HQ. The token is used only to operate the extension and is removed on sign-out.
- Operational data— a temporary task record (a job ID and progress state) stored via the browser’s extension storage so a multi-step transfer can resume across page loads. This holds no personal data and is cleared when the transfer completes.
How we use it
Information is used for one purpose only: to perform the transfer of the client’s dispute work from Ninja HQ into the partner credit-repair software on the team member’s behalf. Data moves only between Ninja HQ and the partner software the team already uses, within the user’s authenticated sessions.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not transfer data to third parties except as needed to perform the transfer described above.
- We do not use the data for advertising, or to determine creditworthiness or for lending decisions.
- We do not use the data for any purpose unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.
Permissions the extension uses
- Storage — to hold the temporary transfer task described above.
- Host access— limited to Ninja HQ (npo-qa-checker.vercel.app, npohq.com) and the team’s partner software (pulse.disputeprocess.com), the only sites in this workflow. The extension does nothing on other websites.
Data retention
The extension itself stores only the transient task record, which is cleared when a transfer finishes. Client dispute records live in Ninja HQ and the partner software and are retained per NPO’s standard business records practices.
Limited Use
Our use of information received through Ninja HQ and any Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we do not transfer, use, or sell user data for personalized advertising; we do not sell or transfer user data to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers; we do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes; and no humans read the data except with the user’s consent, to address security threats, where required by law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
